Working Principle
The material lump ore falls into the crushing cavity from the feeding hopper, and the material is thrown back and forth on the material tray. With the centrifugal force of the material thrower, the material is thrown to the inner wall of the cylinder, and violently collides with the impact plate installed on the inner wall. The materials collide with each other, causing them to break or produce a large number of hairline cracks. Then, after the materials enter the cone rotor cavity, they fall in a spiral shape in the cone space. After being punched and squeezed, the cracked ore is further broken. Due to the inclination between the conical rotor and the liner, the smaller materials are moved downwards, and the grading and crushing can be realized automatically from large to small.
